    We collaborate with Secchiaroli Farm in Waterford, CT to collect pre‑ and post‑consumer food waste, transforming what would otherwise be discarded into sustainable feed for their pigs.

  • Proactive Prevention

    We use tracking and forecasting tools to proactively identify food waste trends in order to alter our preparation accordingly.
